About Us

Educated locally at Santa Clara University, Ms. Chase graduated at the age of nineteen with a Double Major in Computer Science and Mathematics. At just twenty-one, while working fulltime as a Software Engineer she received a Master’s in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University.
During a successful early career in the tech industry, Ms. Chase found herself forced to survive a grueling five years of complex divorce and child custody litigation.
After bearing witness to the rampant injustices within the system, Ms. Chase was determined to help others find a better way. Applying the same skills that allowed her to graduate university at just nineteen, she enrolled in law school at USF followed by a LLM in Taxation to ensure her clients receive maximum settlement benefits in an age of highly complex compensation packages.
Ms. Chase has a deep expertise in children with special needs and learning differences and has assisted many families in navigating both custody and educational law issues.
